Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related fields
- 4 - 6 years of years of experience as HR Generalist, preferably in the management consulting sector.
- HR certification is required (CIPM, SPHRI, aPHR)
- Ability to clearly communicate with the team without ambiguity
- Excellent organizational and people management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Conversant with HRMS and Google Workspace
- Excellent knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
