Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR and Admin Officer for a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos State, Nigeria. This role combines human resource management with administrative support to ensure smooth internal operations, staff development, and policy compliance across WCM Capital Limited.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and exit processes
- Maintain up-to-date personnel files, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with company policy and Nigerian labour law
- Coordinate administrative functions including office maintenance, supplies, logistics, and facility management
- Support management in implementing HR policies, performance reviews, and disciplinary procedures
- Ensure timely payroll input, attendance tracking, and leave management
- Organise staff trainings, workshops, and compliance initiatives
- Handle staff welfare and engagement activities to promote a healthy work environment
- Act as the first point of contact for employee-related inquiries and conflict resolution
- Support internal communication and ensure policies and updates are clearly communicated Liaise with vendors, service providers, and regulatory agencies where necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience is required
- BSc. Degree in a Social science course or a similar field of study
