LOCATION: Ibadan
Job Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Assist in posting job ads, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Help prepare employee offer letters, contracts, and other HR documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (digital and paper-based).
- Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).
- Address basic employee queries about HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Help ensure the workplace complies with labor laws and company policies.
- Participate in creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive work environment.
- Prepare simple HR reports on recruitment, employee turnover, and attendance.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦120,000.00 per month
