Responsible to providing strategic and operational support in managing key HR processes including payroll and statutory remittances, employee relations, HR operations, exit management, staff benefits administration, and HMO management.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end payroll administration, ensuring accurate processing, statutory compliance, and timely regulation remittance of deductions (PAYE, Pension, NHF, ITF, NSITF, etc.).
- Maintain positive employee relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, supporting staff welfare, and promoting an inclusive work culture Manage the organization’s HMO scheme: employee registration, claims resolution, periodic reviews, and engagement with service providers
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7years cognate experience in Human Resources, with demonstrable experience in HR operations, payroll administration, employee relations, and benefits management.
- Financial sector experience is an added advantage.
