Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new hires
- Support employee documentation and HR records
- Help coordinate training, events, and team bonding activities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department
- Maintain an organised HR filing system and help drive employee engagement
Requirements
- Currently serving as an NYSC corps member
- Studied HR, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Great with people, reliable, and discreet with information
- Must be available to work physically (not remote).
Salary
N80,000 Monthly
