Job Description
- We’re a growing healthcare group seeking an experienced HR Generalist.
- You’ll handle end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance support, policy compliance, training coordination, and basic payroll/benefits support.
Requirements
- 3+ years of HR experience (minimum 1 year in a healthcare setting required).
- Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
- Healthcare experience is desirable
- Working knowledge of Nigerian labor law.
- Strong communication, discretion, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with MS Office/HR tools.
