Job Summary
Responsible to manage day-to-day HR and administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of the office. Includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, welfare, compliance, and general administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, tech-savvy, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Support performance management by tracking appraisals, KPIs, and employee feedback.
- Handle employee relations and resolve queries regarding HR policies and benefits.
- Oversee leave and attendance management systems.
- Coordinate staff training, welfare activities, and internal communication.
- Ensure HR practices comply with Nigerian labor laws and company policy.
- Manage office supplies, utility services, and equipment.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and landlords as necessary.
- Oversee office maintenance, cleanliness, and administrative support staff.
- Ensure safety, security, and effective facility management across the office or branches. Support implementation and use of CRM
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
