We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage various human resources functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes, Nigerian labor laws, and best practices, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations while supporting strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and engagement activities to promote a positive work culture.
- Support performance management processes, including goal-setting, appraisals, and employee development plans.
- Maintain accurate employee records, ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws, and prepare HR reports for management.
- Coordinate training, learning, and development programs to enhance staff skills and career growth.
- Assist in payroll preparation, administer benefits, and address related employee concerns.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives that improve policies, processes, and overall employee experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of HR generalist or similar HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, Nigerian labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay: ₦400,000.00 - ₦450,000.00 per month
