- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
- Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Advise on employee relations and handle disciplinary actions.
- Manage staff welfare, compensation, and HR data integrity.
- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Facilitate HSE training and promote a safety-first culture.
- Ensure full compliance with local HSE regulations and standards.
