Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Lead, and manage a team of sales representatives
- Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics
- Ensure consistent growth in revenue and client satisfaction
- Plan, develop, and implement marketing campaigns at strategic locations, including seasonal promotions, product launches, in-store activations, and special events.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including flyers, banners, digital content and promotional assets.
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
- Generate regular reports and insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Monitor competitor e-commerce sites and industry trends to stay ahead
- Identify opportunities to differentiate our business and improve our competitive edge
- Responsible for budget proposal development and ensuring all operational teams are integrated into the process.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior in physical retail environments.
- Experience in organizing in-store promotions, events, and visual merchandising.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Experience in an e-commerce sector or start-up is an added advantage
