Job Summary
We are looking to hire a Digital Marketing and Client Acquisition Officer (Remote) to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and client nurturing through multi-channel digital campaigns—so we fill our pipeline with qualified contractor, corporate, and relocation leads.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Email Marketing & Automation:
- Build segmented email lists (contractors, corporate accounts, referral partners) in Airtable/CRM
- Design & deploy drip sequences (welcome, nurture, re-engagement) in Smartlead or MailerLite, verify and qualify leads professionally.
- A/B test subject lines, content, and CTAs; optimize open/click/conversion rates. Ensure conversion through strong email marketing via various channels. Track campaign KPIs: deliverability, open rate 30%, CTR 5%, conversion
- 10%
- Plan social media activities and delegate and monitor task by the Social media officer
Team & Task Management:
- Host daily stand-up checklists for VAs; track completion in Airtable and project boards on Trello and Jira
- Assign new tasks to other team members, monitor progress, remove blockers, and ensure continuity
PPC & Paid Ads Support:
- Assist in setting up local Google Ads/Meta Ads campaigns and online campaigns for different locales and targeting. Monitor ad spend vs. ROI; report on CPL (cost per lead) and CPA (cost per acquisition)
SEO & Website Optimization:
- Audit landing pages: ensure Yoast-style on-page SEO, white hat on-page & off-page SEO, quality backlinks, meta descriptions, keywords Suggest blog topics and optimize existing pages for regional keywords
Requirements:
- Deep familiarity with email-drip tools (Smartlead, MailerLite, or similar)
- Basic HTML/CSS for email templates and setup
- Comfortable with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
- Excellent copywriting, A/B testing mindset
- Organized, metric-driven, proactive communicator
