Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of real estate development projects
Supervise large-scale construction projects from planning to completion
Coordinate architects, contractors, engineers, and vendors
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and project timelines
Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource planning
Lead site inspections, progress reviews, and quality assurance
Drive sales, leasing, and marketing strategies for completed properties
