We are looking for a driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead customer onboarding and drive growth through active acquisition of users and businesses. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base, onboarding them successfully, and ensuring they actively use our platform.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, target, and onboard new customers and businesses to ZendWallet.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects through outreach, referrals, and partnerships.
Deliver demos and onboarding support to ensure a smooth experience for new users.
Educate potential users about ZendWallet’s benefits and use cases.
Track leads, conversions, and activation metrics; optimize for growth.
Work closely with Marketing, Support, and Product teams to improve user acquisition and experience.
Represent ZendWallet at events, trade shows, and community meetups (virtual or in-person).
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer success (crypto, fintech, or financial services is a plus).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A self-starter who can work independently and hit targets.
Comfortable explaining financial or crypto products to users and businesses.
Knowledge of African markets and cross-border payments is a strong advantage.
Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools and digital sales processes.
