The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving marketing campaigns, leading the sales team, expanding customer acquisition, and strengthening brand positioning. You will work closely with leadership to align marketing strategy with company goals and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive lead generation, sales conversions, and brand awareness.
• Plan and oversee campaigns (online and offline), social media, events, and promotional materials.
• Manage marketing budgets and deliver ROI focused marketing activities.
• Supervise the performance of marketing and sales staff and provide mentorship.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize marketing efforts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Work with the design/content team to ensure brand consistency across channels.
• Present performance reports and recommendations to management.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum of a First Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in marketing and active sales roles.
• Solid track record of executing successful marketing strategies and hitting targets.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
• Tech-savvy and proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and marketing platforms.
• A deep understanding of the real estate industry is an added advantage.
