We are seeking a driven banking professional to grow and manage high-value client accounts, drive product sales, and build strong relationships with individuals and corporate clients. You will serve as a trusted financial advisor while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with banking policies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
2. Achieve deposit growth and product sales targets through acquisition and cross-selling.
3. Package credit requests and monitor client compliance.
4. Implement marketing strategies and resolve client inquiries.
5. Conduct KYC and ensure regulatory compliance.
6. Collaborate with business heads and internal teams to drive business growth.
Qualifications & Skills
1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
2. Minimum 4 years’ banking experience in sales and credit.
3. Strong analytical, relationship management, and communication skills.
4. Good understanding of economic trends and implications in the banking/finance sector.
5. High integrity, attention to detail, and customer service focus.
