HEN’s Talk Ibadan , a youth-led initiative of Henosis International , is calling for a Partnership & Finance Management Team Lead to join our leadership circle. This is a volunteer position ideal for someone who is organized, passionate, and eager to contribute to a purpose-driven movement.

About HEN’s Talk Ibadan:
HEN’s Talk is a transformative platform that equips young adults (ages 18–35) with tools for personal development, leadership, and nation-building through the lens of Health Empowerment and Nation Building (HEN).
Role Description
As the Partnership & Finance Management Team Lead, you will anchor strategic collaborations and financial integrity for the HEN’s Talk Ibadan project.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and manage partnerships that align with HEN’s mission
- Support proposal development and donor communications
- Track budgets, donations, and expenses
- Ensure financial transparency and reporting Work closely with the Project Lead and core team to mobilize resources
Requirements:
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of fundraising or finance (experience is a plus)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Willingness to grow and lead with purpose A heart for service and impact
