Job Summary
We’re expanding across Nigeria and looking for a results-driven business development manager to help us scale. You’ll lead efforts to onboard salons, retail stores, and online marketplaces, turning LST into a household name in the beauty space. This is a strategic and people facing role for someone who’s hungry to grow with a bold, ambitious brand.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pitch LST products to salons, retail stores, e-commerce platforms, and potential stockists
- Drive wholesale and bulk orders, ensuring consistent follow-ups and relationship building
- Build and maintain a partner database (CRM) and sales pipeline
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly goals
- Collaborate with operations and logistics to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery to partners
- Gather feedback from partners and customers to improve the product offering or service
- Represent LST at industry events, trade fairs, or beauty activations Assist in creating partnership decks, onboarding kits, and retail POS materials
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience
- Degree in a related field
- Experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the beauty or FMCG space
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-starter with a proactive target-driven mindset
- Familiarity with the Nigerian retail landscape (especially salons and boutique stores)
- Excellent organisation and follow-up habits
- Bonus: Experience with wholesale selling or retail distribution
