We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Partnership Executive with a solid background in the travel and tour industry. This role involves identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that will enhance Bitsin's market presence, improve service offerings, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business partnership opportunities within the travel, tourism, and hospitality sectors.
- Manage and strengthen existing relationships with airlines, hotels, tour operators, DMCs, and other travel-related vendors.
- Collaborate with internal departments (sales, marketing, operations) to maximize partnership value.
- Negotiate partnership terms, including pricing, commission structures, and service-level agreements.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, ensuring mutual benefit and ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market competition, and new product opportunities.
- Represent Bitsin Travels and Tours at industry events, expos, and B2B meetings.
- Develop and maintain a database of key partners and contacts.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel and tour industry (agency, DMC, OTA, or similar).
- Proven track record in partnership development or B2B sales.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for travel and a deep understanding of the tourism landscape.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦250,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
