Job Description/Requirements
Objective:
To drive partnership revenue through academy collaborations, event sponsorships, and the expansion of football scholarship pathways (US/UK/UAE and beyond).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and close deals with private academies, schools, and federations to embed TalentLockr services (AI assessments, onboarding, player showcases, etc.).
- Promote our international scholarship programs and act as liaison between families, schools, and international institutions.
- Assist in organizing trials, webinars, and showcases that lead to paid outcomes.
- Collaborate with the global partnerships team to secure and maintain strategic B2B relationships.
- Track revenue targets from partnership agreements and scholarship commissions.
Profile Requirements:
- Business development background with proven revenue-generation success.
- Deep knowledge of football scholarship systems (US/UK pathway experience preferred).
- Ability to negotiate, pitch, and structure partnership deals.
- Network across private education, sports agents, and youth sports programs is a plus.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary (based on role and experience)
- Strong commission and incentive structure tied to KPIs
- Full-time contract with 3-month probation
