Rotic Aluminium Extrusion is seeking a strategic and experienced HR Lead to oversee all aspects of human resources management at our fast-growing manufacturing facility. This is a critical leadership role focused on building a compliant, high-performance workforce aligned with the company’s operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full HR function including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and performance management
- Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and disciplinary frameworks that align with Nigerian labor laws and company values
- Manage payroll administration and employee benefits, including HMO and leave tracking
- Support managers with workforce planning, shift structuring, and performance improvement processes
- Foster employee engagement and retention through structured feedback, coaching, and communication strategies
- Handle internal investigations, grievance procedures, and conflict resolution in a fair and professional manner
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within HR systems
- Collaborate closely with finance, operations, and leadership teams to align HR strategy with company objectives
- Coordinate accommodation and onboarding support for out-of-town and expatriate staff
- Champion a culture of professionalism, compliance, and continuous improvement across all departments
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (manufacturing environment preferred)
- Solid understanding of Nigerian labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong administrative and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ERP systems (Odoo experience is an advantage)
- Professional certifications (e.g. CIPM, SHRM) are a plus

Pay: Up to ₦300,000.00 per month
