A Real Estate and Construction company in Abuja is looking for an experienced HR business partner to align employees' efforts with the organization's goals.
LOCATION: Garki Abuja
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 10 years as a HR Business Leader
- Must have experience operation at Board of Director level
- Excellent communications strategist
- A disciplined individual with high moral and ethical standards
- CIPM, HRM, SHRM, PHRi etc is required.
- A firm personality and high emotional intelligence
- Relevant experience as a performance manager is required
- Impeccable IT skills (HR software, ERP, Productivity tools, templating etc)
- Excellent administrator and records keeper
- Verifiable track record in implementing policies and standards
- Practical knowledge of organizational development, policy formulation, HR interventions, corporate goal alignment and change management
- Availability to resume ASAP is a plus
