CUSTOMER SERVICE / SALES ASSOCIATE

Location: Allen, ikeja, Lagos

Role: Hybrid

Work schedule: monday, wednesday, friday

Salary: 80,000 ( performance bonuses and sales commission included)

Role Description

• Manage incoming phone calls

• Generate sales leads

• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quota

• Serves as a basic source of information to clients on style, format, materials, price and services available

• Receives, sorts, prioritizes and processes event bookings.

• Respond to social media messages and comments to maintain a positive brand presence.

• Monitor social media trends and suggest new strategies to improve online engagement and reach.

Maintains the order of work area.

Qualifications

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative

• Track record of achieving quota

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
