Job Summary
We need a Customer Care Representative who can handle clients with intelligence, empathy, and speed. You will be the front-line face of our creative technology company—resolving issues, guiding customers, and ensuring they love working with us. This isn’t a “sit and respond” role. It’s for someone proactive who enjoys solving.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients via email, phone, and chat with clarity and professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries fast, no back-and-forth delays
- Document feedback, escalate technical issues, and follow through till it’s solved
- Help improve internal systems and customer support processes
- Support marketing/sales teams by handling client pre-sales inquiries Be the “calm in chaos”—no panic when challenges arise
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years in customer service or client-facing roles
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Strong emotional intelligence—can read people and respond appropriately
- Tech-savvy: You’re comfortable using CRMs, live chat tools, and Google Workspace
- Proactive, not reactive—you take initiative
- Able to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Bonus: experience in a creative/tech or digital agency Show proof of your past work
