Salary: NGN 250,000 Net per month

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, dedicated, and results-oriented Operations Manager to join

our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the company runs smoothly

and efficiently across its various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process & Workflow Management

• Developing and implementing efficient operational procedures, streamlining workflows, and improving overall operational effectiveness
• Ensure consistent compliance with company policies and procedures.
Implement and manage software systems, to ease workflow

2. Team Leadership and Coordination

• Support in onboarding and training new employees.
Ensure that the team is aligned with the organization’s goals and timelines.

3. Transaction Oversight

• Monitor deal flow to ensure all transactions (sales, leases, closings) are progressing on schedule.
• Work with escrow officers, account officers, title companies, and legal to keep transactions compliant and timely.
Ensure paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and submitted on time.

4. Financial and Budget Oversight

• Assists in budget planning and expense control.
• Oversee billing, commission payouts, and vendor payments.
• Assist in payroll administration
Track operational KPIs and metrics

5. Vendor Management

• Managing relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring quality service and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage contracts, deadlines, disclosures, and compliance.
• Scheduling and coordinating repairs, maintenance, or servicing.
Ensuring business continuity (e.g., power backup for a transaction-heavy day)

7. Marketing & Listings Support

• Coordinate with marketing to ensure listings are promoted properly across all platforms, and monitor and support subscription renewal process.
Assist with branding, events, or content coordination.

8. Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure the firm complies with real estate laws, local regulations, and brokerage rules.
• Maintain accurate record-keeping for audits or legal requirements.
Help enforce ethical standards among staff and agents.

Qualifications

• A Bachelors degree in Business Administration or similar

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager, or similar role.
  

Expected Salary: NGN 250,000 Net per month
