About the Role:
A fast-growing travels and tour company in Lekki Phase 1 is hiring a smart and friendly Customer Service Personnel to manage client communications, bookings, and inquiries. This role requires someone with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills who is passionate about creating smooth travel experiences for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, and social media
- Guide customers through travel bookings, visa inquiries, and tour packages
- Provide detailed information about services, destinations, and pricing
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery
- Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex concerns when necessary
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly
- Follow up on leads and assist with marketing efforts when needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any relevant field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (experience in travel/tourism is an added advantage)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools
- Friendly, approachable, and calm under pressure
- Must reside within Lekki and its environs or have easy commute access
