We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Cashier & Customer Service Representative to join our front-of-house team.
Job Summary
In this role, you will handle cash and electronic transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service. You’ll be the first point of contact for many guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and efficient order processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers with professionalism and warmth
- Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately and efficiently
- Issue receipts, refunds, or change as required
- Maintain accurate transaction records and daily cash reconciliation
- Answer guest queries, provide menu recommendations, and address complaints politely
- Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely order delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station
- Upsell products and promotions to maximize sales
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a cashier, front desk, or customer service role
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of honesty, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
