Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-growing tech company in the geospatial industry. The ideal candidate must be articulate, solution-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Provide accurate product and service information
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal departments to support client satisfaction
- Assist in onboarding and educating customers about services
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of proven experience in a customer service or client support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Proficiency with CRM tools and customer support software
- Knowledge of tech or geospatial products is an added advantage
