Responsibilities:
Customer Interactions :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, or issues professionally. Provide accurate information about products/services.

- Resolve customer problems efficiently and effectively. Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant teams when necessary.

- Gather customer feedback to improve products/services. Document interactions and feedback for future reference.

Process Transactions or Requests :
- Handle transactions like orders, returns, or exchanges as needed. Assist with customer requests related to accounts or services.
Collaboration :
Work with other teams (e.g., sales, operations) to resolve customer issues.Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some positions may require a degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service experience is preferred in some roles.
- Ability to handle stressful situations professionally.
