At 2404 Foods and Logistics, we are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Isolo. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our walk-in and online customers, providing them with exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met. You will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is onsite at Isolo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers and online with inquiries about our shipping and cargo services.
- Provide accurate information about shipping rates, timelines, and procedures.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- Assist in inspecting, packaging, and processing shipment orders and documentation.
- Provide support to customers via phone, email, and social media channels as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the shipping, logistics, or cargo industry.
- Education: Minimum of an OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in using Google Suite – Google Sheets,Google Drive and GMail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Work Environment
- This role is primarily based in an office and warehouse setting, with frequent interaction with customers.
Work Schedule Details
- Monday to Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)
- Saturday (10:00am-4:00pm)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦120,000.00 per month
