Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive long-term business success.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and pitches that effectively communicate the company’s products or services.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align business development goals with company-wide initiatives.
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with industry trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM system and prepare regular pipeline reports and forecasts.
- Experience in dealing with schools and school bus operators is preferred Experience in selling and marketing tech solutions is preferred
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience is required
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
