Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos for a Sales Business Development Lead. The Sales Business Development Lead will be responsible for driving sales, developing and managing customer relationships, training sales teams, and overseeing sales management processes. Day-to-day tasks include identifying business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and providing excellent customer service to meet organizational goals.

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales experience and ability to drive sales performance in the nutraceutical sector
- Experience in Training and Sales Management
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Lagos Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
