SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Position: Social Media Manager
Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Work Mode: Hybrid
Experience Level: Minimum of 1–3 years
Salary: 100,000 to 120,000 naira monthly
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute engaging content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality posts that align with the brand’s voice and objectives.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging tools to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent posting and messaging.
- Collaborate with design, photography, and videography teams for visual content creation.
- Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions promptly and professionally to foster community engagement.
- Track performance metrics, generate reports, and analyze insights to optimize strategies.
- Run and manage paid ads when required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing brand social media accounts.
- Strong command of content strategy, branding, copywriting, and engagement techniques.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Meta Insights, Instagram Analytics, and Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in scheduling and automation tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
- Creative mindset, attention to detail, and excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Must reside in or have easy access to Ikorodu, Lagos.
Preferred Skills (Bonus but not required)
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads).
- Video editing or animation skills for reels and short-form content.
- Influencer outreach and campaign management experience.
