Business Development & Marketing Lead - Founding Growth Role
Remote / Part-time / Revenue Share & Equity
CoCreate is a new creative agency combining branding, UI/UX, motion, 3D, and web development to build meaningful digital experiences. We’re early - but ambitious. We’re building work that feels world-class, and we need someone to help get it seen, pitched, and paid for.
We're looking for a Business Development & Marketing Lead to join the founding team.
Who we’re looking for:
You're a connector, communicator, and creative closer. You:
Know how to spot leads and start meaningful conversations
Have a sense for positioning, messaging, and how to sell design/development work
Can help us pitch, negotiate, and close small-to-large size creative projects
Are comfortable reaching out to startups, brands, or agency partners
Can write sharp outreach emails, LinkedIn DMs, and short-form proposals
Bonus if you’ve worked with or in creative studios/agencies - but we're open.
What you’ll do:
Define and refine our value proposition and key messagingBuild a simple lead pipeline using Notion, Airtable, or your preferred tool
Handle light outbound (LinkedIn/email) and manage responses
Help write and send pitch decks and proposals
Collaborate with the social/content team to align growth efforts
