Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present standard proposals for company's growth.
- Meet proposal deadlines and margins with profit.
- Prospect and market the company’s services to meet customer needs.
- Acquired knowledge of due compliance for proposals and bidding processes.
- Assist in the preparation of annual sales plans and strategies to enable the team to achieve targeted growth objectives.
- Ensure all business development complaints and issues are addressed duly.
- Ensure effective relationship management with new and existing customers to improve growth.
- Present and follow through exceptional sales pitch. Work with available resources on a new office structure.
Requirements:
- Minimum first degree
- 2-3 years of business development and sales experience
- Strong relationship management & sales skills
- Must have completed at least 1 proposal project or have submitted several proposals awaiting approval. Proficiency in sales & target acquisition.
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 Monthly Net (Plus Commission)
