As we expand our remote sales and support team, we’re seeking top-performing professionals who thrive in client-facing, sales-driven roles.
All roles report to the Head of Sales & Client Services and will undergo a structured onboarding program to gain in-depth product knowledge and brand messaging mastery.
Position: Telesales & Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote
Salary: ₦100,000/month + Commission
Role Type: Phone Sales & Client Support
Reports To: Head of Sales & Client Services
Responsibilities:
Contact warm and cold leads via phone and WhatsApp to sell branding services.
Manage real-time client inquiries across phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Book consultation calls with Brand Consultants and Closers.
Convert interested prospects into paying clients.
Provide onboarding guidance after purchase to ensure client satisfaction.
Update CRM, booking calendars, and client trackers in real time.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in telesales, call center roles, or client support.
Strong sales conversion ability and phone presence.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Must be confident in multitasking between calls, chats, and CRM updates.
Experience with WhatsApp Business, Calendly, or CRM tools is a plus.
Compensation Structure:
Base Salary: ₦100,000/month
Commission: 5–10% of every sale closed
Bonus: For exceeding daily/weekly booking and closing targets
