Role Description
Join Leoserve, part of Leonix Inc. a digital transformation and marketing agency dedicated to delivering enterprise-quality digital solutions sustainably and affordably. As a telesales consultant, you’ll champion our digital services, including web design, SEO, marketing, hosting, and performance optimization, to clients around the globe.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Sales Outreach
- Contact potential clients via phone and virtual meetings.
- Explain Leoserve’s digital solutions – including web development, content marketing, SEO, and sustainable hosting.
- Present packages tailored to SMEs and startups with eco-conscious and growth-minded goals.
- Educate & Consult
- Use insight into sustainable hosting and optimization (e.g. Green Web Foundation‑certified infrastructure) to differentiate our pitch
- Highlight how our services reduce client carbon footprint while increasing performance and ROI.
- Pipeline & Follow-Up
- Manage lead tracking and follow-up communication.
- Translate inquiries into proposals and meaningful conversations that close deals
- Collaborate
- Interface with marketing, design, and technical teams to craft custom proposals.
- Relay client feedback and prospect requirements internally.
- Self-Managed Performance
- Set your own schedule and work independently at your own pace. Leverage provided airtime allowance to stay connected and motivated.
What We’re Looking For
- Sales Mindset: Proven experience in telesales, cold calling, or consultative selling.
- Tech‑comfortable: Ability to quickly understand and pitch technology-enabled services.
- Client-Focused: Strong verbal communication in English; friendly, professional phone manner.
- Goal-Oriented: Motivated by commission, able to work independently to meet targets.
- Adaptive & Collaborative: Comfortable collaborating with internal stakeholders and adjusting approach based on feedback. (Bonus) Interest or knowledge in sustainability, eco‑friendly tech, or digital carbon reduction benefits.
