Role Description
Are you a sales powerhouse with the ability to open doors, close deals, and lead winning teams?
We’re seeking a Head of Distribution for our fast-growing Educational Technology company someone who thrives on cold calls, strategic selling, and turning products into market leaders.
This is a hands-on sales leadership role where you’ll drive our product’s reach into schools, institutions, and learning organizations. You’ll lead a high-performing team of sales reps, craft winning distribution strategies, and personally engage with decision-makers to ensure our EdTech solutions get into the right hands.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire a sales team to exceed ambitious targets.
- Generate leads and secure sales through cold calls, client meetings, and relationship building.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that expand our product’s reach across the education sector.
- Manage distribution channels to ensure maximum efficiency and market penetration.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to adjust strategies quickly.
- Collaborate with leadership to align distribution goals with company growth objectives.
- Oversee and enhance digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media management, and online brand presence.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for expansion.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align distribution efforts with brand goals.
- Track KPIs and performance metrics to ensure consistent progress toward company objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years in sales leadershipwith proven success in distribution and B2B/B2C selling.
- Demonstrated success in cold calling and closing deals with senior decision-makers.
- Experience in the education sector or technology-based products is highly desirable.
- Strong track record in managing and motivating sales teams to top performance.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills — you can plan and sell.
- Results-driven, competitive, and committed to market dominance.
- Strong background in digital marketing, SEO, and social media campaigns.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and people-management skills.
