About Us

A quick intro to Atirira: we are a small, ambitious team at the intersection of production, operations, and media. Over the past three years, we've delivered thousands of custom frames for photographers and their clients. We've also hosted art experiences like exhibitions and workshops.

Now, we're shifting gears to become a product-led busines. We're creating uniquely designed wooden products that is both beautiful and functional.

About the Role

We're currently building a lean marketing team to launch our first product. Over the next year, this team will focus on crafting creative marketing content, defining our core customer personas, and developing strategies that generate leads and drive sales.

What we are looking for

Below are the key experiences you will need to be successful in this role

• Creativity : You enjoy coming up with new ideas on how to reach identified user personas and generate quality leads
• Video content creation: You are comfortable in front and behind a camera. With proven content creation and video editing skills
• Leadership: You can coordinate the team's marketing efforts to ideate on strategy, define milestones and execute implementation plans
• Product Marketing : You have proven experience shaping the marketing efforts for a physical or digital product
• Design-eye: You bring a strong eye for design and aesthetics, with a natural sense for what looks good, both visually and stylistically.
