Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute high-converting digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Create strategies to increase traffic, leads, and sales
- Target and retarget Nigerians in diaspora across digital platforms
- Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for better ROI
- Collaborate with our content and design team for ad creatives
- Provide marketing insight and recommendations based on audience behavior
- Monitor trends in performance marketing and apply best practices
- Assist with landing page and website conversion optimization
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in digital/performance marketing
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and lead tracking
- Data-driven mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, CRM platforms, etc.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker who can work with an existing team
- Must be based in Ibadan and available for 3 days/week onsite
