Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the full marketing strategy (organic, paid, email, content)
Design and manage omnichannel campaigns to drive leads and conversions
Oversee social media management, content planning, and audience growth
Lead creative development (ads, landing pages, email copy, flyers, etc.)
Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align messaging and timing
Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, data analysis, and insights
Manage the marketing calendar, budgets, and agency/vendor relationships
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team as the company scales
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or related field
4+ years in digital marketing and campaign leadership
Experience with funnels, CRM tools (GoHighLevel preferred), email automation
Proven success in lead generation and paid social campaigns
Strong copywriting, content, and brand storytelling skills- Familiar with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, and analytics platforms
