Job Title: Brand & Trade Marketing lead
A laptop is required for this role
Availability: Hybrid – Required to be on‑site 2–3 times per week , visit potential new partners or existing partners and attend scheduled events.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a results‑driven Brand & Trade Marketing lead to support the growth of our brand by building strong retail partnerships, driving activations, and executing marketing initiatives that increase visibility and sales. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys collaborating with partners and retailers, and is passionate about creating meaningful brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with retail partners, and key outlets to plan and execute activations, events, and pop‑ups that drive brand visibility.
- Source and onboard new retail partners to expand product reach and availability.
- Plan and implement retail marketing initiatives such as fairs, exhibitions, and community events to generate leads and drive conversions.
- Work with complementary industries and influencers on cross‑promotions and social media campaigns to expand audience reach.
- Oversee consignment partnership management with regular communication, joint promotions, and in‑store activations to boost turnover.
- Support in planning and coordinating all trade fairs, activations, and brand events.
- Maintain a strong social media presence through high‑quality content and consistent branding.
- Participate in phone outreach and marketing to support sales and partnership initiatives.
Expectations:
- Be present at the branch 2–3 times weekly (partner visits, trade fair, retailer marketing visits count towards the 2-3 days per week)
- Mandatory attendance at major events, trade fairs, and pop‑ups.
- Maybe required to engage in B2B marketing
- Actively engage with partners and team members to deliver on agreed marketing and sales objectives.
- Provide content creation direction for fortunara as a whole
- Create ugc community
- Collaborate with influencers

Starting salary :N200k
