Marbido pharmaceutical Company is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Inventory Officer to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing stock levels, tracking inventory movement, and ensuring accurate record-keeping within the pharmacy store.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software or manual logs
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely reordering of products
Receive and verify deliveries against purchase orders and invoices
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
Ensure products are well-organized and stored under appropriate conditions
Check expiry dates regularly and manage near-expiry/damaged products
Work closely with pharmacists and store staff to support smooth operations
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements
Requirements
Minimum of OND or HND in related field (Science or Business preferred)
1–2 years of inventory or storekeeping experience, preferably in a pharmacy or medical store
Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products (names, categories, storage requirements) is an added advantage
Proficient in using inventory software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Integrity, reliability, and ability to work with minimal supervision
