Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Ticketing & Reservation Officer to join a reputable Travel & Tour company in Lekki. The ideal candidate must be skilled in using GDS platforms such as Sabre and Amadeus, and capable of providing excellent customer service while handling travel bookings and reservations efficiently.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Ticketing & Reservation Officer in a travel agency or tour company.
Proficiency in at least one GDS platform (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
