The Inventory Officer is responsible for tracking and managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate record-keeping of all incoming and outgoing stock, and maintaining proper inventory control procedures. The role ensures that stock is well-organized, accounted for, and readily available to meet operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of goods and materials.
- Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including stock levels, location, and movements.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies in stock levels.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure timely stock deliverables.
- Ensure all vouchers are updated to avoid losses, damages or theft.
- Implement Inventory control procedures and best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦150,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abuja: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Higher National Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- admin or Inventory: 2 years (Preferred)
