Key Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes
Maintain and update employee records in compliance with HR regulations
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Manage payroll, attendance, and leave administration
Handle employee relations and performance management issues
Assist in staff training and development programs
Support management in organizational development initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar HR role (experience in manufacturing or agro-processing is an advantage)
Good knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
