Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Associate based in Ibadan. The Human Resources Associate will be responsible for managing HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment, training and development, and performance management. Day-to-day tasks will include facilitating training programs, handling employee inquiries, maintaining HR records, and supporting the HR Manager in various HR functions to ensure a productive, compliant, and efficient workplace.
Qualifications
- Strong HR Management and HR Operations skills
- Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and Training & Development
- Excellent Communication skills
- Proficiency in using HR software and tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant professional certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus Experience in a legal or professional services environment is beneficial
