Debbystack provides software infrastructure such as mobile POS applications, merchant portals, and customer management tools, allowing businesses to manage balances and engage with their customers across all payment methods.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Officer, based on the Island with some work-from-home flexibility. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing HR functions, developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and developing job descriptions. The role involves coordinating recruitment processes, facilitating onboarding, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Additionally, the officer will support performance management and staff development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage job postings, screening, interviews, and selection processes.
- Facilitate onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Support a healthy work culture by addressing employee concerns and promoting open communication.
- Coordinate employee engagement programs, events, and feedback loops.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain and update HR records in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
4. Performance & Development
- Support performance review processes and track employee goals and KPIs.
- Coordinate training and professional development activities.
5. Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Liaise with finance to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll
- Support benefits administration and answer employee queries.
6. HR Projects & Reporting
- Participate in HR process improvements, digital transformation projects, and audits.
- Prepare regular reports on HR metrics (e.g., turnover, retention, engagement).
Qualification
1. Must have 3-4yrs experience
2. Must have ecperience working in a Fintech
3. Must be culture-centric
4. Must have knowledge of HR Policies and laws
Budget: 200k-300k
