Job Position: Human Resource Officer
Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date
- Handle staff welfare, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with best practices
- Monitor staff performance and support training & development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal regulations
- Manage payroll inputs, leave records, and attendance systems
- Foster a positive and productive workplace environment.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc / M.Sc Degree with 3 - 5 years of work experience
Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
