Job Summary
We are looking for a competent and experienced HR/Admin Manager to oversee and manage all human resources and administrative functions for our hospitality operations in GRA, Port Harcourt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic HR planning, recruitment, staff welfare, compliance, and general administrative efficiency.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation
- Manage employee records, payroll coordination, and benefits administration
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
- Drive performance management, employee engagement, and career development initiatives
- Handle staff grievances, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements Organize training sessions and capacity-building workshops
Administration:
- Supervise the administrative team and ensure effective office management
- Coordinate procurement and facility maintenance, ensuring a safe and functional work environment
- Monitor administrative budgets and cost controls
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems
- Oversee logistics, asset management, and record-keeping Support departmental heads with administrative and HR-related needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (CIPM or relevant certification is an added advantage)
- Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in a similar HR/Admin role, preferably in the hospitality or service industry
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in HR software, MS Office Suite, and employee management tools High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
