Job Summary

Our company, a leader in the Paint and Protective Coatings Manufacturing industry is seeking to engage an HR & Admin Manager to oversee all aspects of HR & Admin practices and processes, manage recruitment and selection, develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives, oversee employee benefits and wellness programs, ensuring compliance, etc.

  • Minimum Qualification : MBA / MSc
  • Experience Level : Senior level
  • Experience Length : 7 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company goals
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention of technical and factory staff
  • Oversee performance management systems and career development plans
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, safety regulations, and company policies
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
  • Coordinate training programs, including safety and chemical handling protocols
  • Administer payroll, benefit, and leave management
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation

Administrative Oversight:

  • Supervise office administration, facility maintenance, and support services
  • Manage procurement of office supplies and coordination with vendors
  • Oversee travel logistics, meeting arrangements, and internal communications
  • Ensure proper documentation, filing systems, and recordkeeping
  • Monitor administrative budgets and implement cost control measures
  • Support compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards


Requirements:

  • Minimum of MBA/MSc
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in a similar role
